We hope you love your DeMellier purchase, but if you are not perfectly satisfied, we offer a 30-day return period for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all protective films and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all internal packaging is included to protect the leather durante transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the designated courier point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
